Three days training class either in presence or e-learning on the techniques for eliciting and modeling user requirements: Strategy Analysis and modelling business requirements, Requirements Analysis and Design Definition for modelling Stakeholder, Solution and Transition Requirements, Requirements Life Cycle Management for prioritizing and approving requirements, Requirements verification and validation, the shell, Agile modelling, elicitation techniques (interview, survey, focus group, brainstorming, w&n analysis, field observation, card sorting). Contents are aligned with the Babok Guide® standard. The participation in this course will grant 21 PDU and 21 CDU. |
