  • PMProgetti was founded in 2008, at a time when many companies were beginning to realize that complexity was no longer an exception, but the new normal.

    In that context, we chose to take a clear and ambitious path: helping people and organizations grow - not despite complexity, but thanks to it.

    From the very beginning, we believed that true competitive advantage does not come from technology or processes, but from people. Their ability to understand change, turn it into opportunity, and lead projects that create real value.

    From this belief, our Vision was born: to build an ecosystem where companies and professionals can thrive, developing the skills and mindset needed to generate sustainable value for both business and society.

    Our Mission is the natural extension of that vision: to support those who work within complexity, helping them develop the competencies, processes, and cultures that make it possible to innovate, make better decisions, and grow continuously.

    In 2010, we became the first Italian company to obtain the IIBA® Endorsed Education Provider® certification. For us, it was not a finish line, but a confirmation: we were on the right path, bringing to Italy a modern, practical, value‑driven culture of Business Analysis.

    Over the years, we have integrated Project Management, Business Analysis, and Agile approaches into a single perspective: developing well‑rounded professionals, capable of navigating uncertainty, leading teams, and making informed decisions.

    Our Team is made up of people who have truly experienced complexity: consultants, managers, trainers, and professionals who have led national and international projects. Each brings a wealth of experience - and above all, a shared belief: growth is never a solitary journey.

    This is why we have supported the main professional communities - PMI® and IIBA® - for many years, because we believe in the value of sharing, exchanging perspectives, and building competencies together.
