Il caso: Il cliente è una primaria società del settore delle telecomunicazioni. L'azienda ha deciso di investire per sviluppare ulteriormente le competenze di alcuni Project e program Manager "alti potenziali", e di avvicinarsi verso la disciplina della Business Analysis. |

L'intervento di PMProgetti: In prima istanza ci è stato chiesto di preparare per il conseguimento della certificazione CBAP un gruppo di 16 Project e Program Managers. Abbiamo formato una classe di 16 persone, che hanno tutte conseguito con successo la certificazione CBAP. In un secondo momento abbiamo supportato l'azineda nella creazione e introduzione del nuovo ruolo del Project Business Manager, mettendo insieme i due standard del PMI per il Project Management e dell'IIBA per la Business Analysis. Questo progetto è di fatto diventato un caso di studio internazionale. |
