PMProgetti’s intervention: PMProgetti was involved from the very beginning to bring structure, methodology, and vision to this journey. We started the project with an in‑depth competency assessment, designed to capture the current state in an objective and measurable way. To do this, we used the IIBA competency model, carefully adapted to the organization’s characteristics and strategic challenges. The assessment was delivered through our proprietary web platform, MYPlatform, enabling hundreds of professionals to participate easily, guided, and fully digitally. Once the data was collected and analyzed, we created a clear and shared map of the competencies present within the company.
