From 31/10 to 4/11 2016 the IIBA organized in Las Vegas the Congress BBC 2016. Also this year our Partner Michele Maritato delivered a presentation entitled "The Product Owner in Scrum, a powerful Agile Business Analyst".

The presentation shows a model to introduce the Babok Guide model in the Scrum framework. Through this model one can design career paths in Business Analysis for the Product Owner, the Scrum Master (yes, also the Scrum Master should develop Business Analysis competencies) and the Development Team.
